This platform enables you to openly or anonymously report all kinds of workplace misconduct including but not limited to bribery, threats and harassment, theft, misinformation, conflict of interest, fraud, misuse, abuse of authority, illegalities, mismanagement, corruption, discrimination, misrepresentation, health and safety risks, substance abuse, political activity, human rights, retaliation, victimization, insider trading or quality concerns.

Identity disclosure preferences
The following are the identity disclosure preferences that may select when filing an incident report:

Remain completely anonymous
You will not reveal your name or contact information to the organization. Your identity is completely protected on the incident report. -
Share my name and information
You do not require anonymity. You choose to reveal your identity to the organization.
Follow up on your report
If you have previously filed an incident report, enter your Access ID and password to check on the status or outcome of the investigation or chat with the incident report recipients to provide additional information or clarify additional enquiries they may have regarding the incident reported. Your anonymity preference is maintained similar to your initial report. You are encouraged to follow up on your report as often as possible.

Can I edit my report after I submit it?
You won't be able to edit your report after submission but you will be able to add additional details under the message section. -
Who will actually see the incident report?
After you submit the incident report, it will be received by the pre-agreed recipients within the organization. The organization handles all incident reports according to its internal whistleblowing and investigations procedures.
